First You need Windows image file + ISO to USB burner software + USB flash drive to create Windows USB Install Disk.

Download Windows ISO File


Download and Install Power ISO

1 Start PowerISO As Administrator (v6.5 or newer version, download here).
2 Insert the USB drive you intend to boot from.
3 Choose the menu Tools > Create Bootable USB Drive. The Create Bootable USB Drive dialogue will popup. If you are using Windows Vista or above operating system, you need to confirm the UAC dialogue to continue.



4 In Create Bootable USB Drive  Select the Source of ur windows image.


5 Now Select the correct USB drive from the Destination USB Drive list, if multiple USB drives are connected to the computer.


6 Choose the proper writing method. USB-HDD is recommended.
7 Click Start button to start creating a bootable USB drive.


8 The program will start writing the USB drive, and showing the progress information. You should get the message Writing USB drive completed successfully. after the operation completes.


Now your windows Bootable USB Drive is created and You Can Use It to Install Windows In your computer.
